Postal cover signed and FLOWN by the Red Arrows in 1980
A Red Arrows postal cover that has been signed by all the pilots in the team and has also been flown by them when they took part in the Flypast over London in 1980 to mark the opening of the Centenary of the Royal Tournament.
The cover itself is to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the 1st RAF Pageant in July 1920, and has a wonderful picture of aircraft of the era taking part.
What a great item this is! Not only signed by the Red Arrows team of 1980 but it has also been flown by them in one of their displays. It is officially stamped on the back of the envelope with details of where and when flown
A wonderful little bit of history for anyone interested in aviation or in particular the Red Arrows at a very affordable price. A GREAT IDEA FOR A VERY UNUSUAL PRESENT
